A blistered Neapolitan pizza coming out of a glowing wood-fired oven on a wooden peel

How did a Naples street snack conquer the world?

The short version, in five slides.

Image 1 of 5

The story goes that in 1889 a Naples pizza maker made one in the colours of the Italian flag for Queen Margherita: tomato, mozzarella and basil. Historians argue about the details, but the name stuck. What hasn't changed is the basics: a well-rested dough, a very hot oven and a few ingredients that are good on their own. Save this for your next pizza night.

Running a restaurant

Sound familiar?

  • Service doesn't stop

Prep, service and close leave little time to plan posts, write captions and pick photos.

  • Specials change fast

By the time a dish is photographed and posted, the menu has moved on.

  • Busy nights, quiet feed

Your best evenings rarely make it online, so people don't see what they're missing.

Content worth following

One idea. Five slides. Something worth saving.

The “How pizza conquered the world” carousel in this feed isn't an advert. It's the kind of post people swipe through, save and send to a friend, and it shows you know your stuff before you ever ask for a sale.
