Privacy notice

This notice explains how The Agile Warehouse Ltd, trading as BusierCo (“we”), uses personal information collected through busierco.com. We're a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10238653), and our registered office is 6 Tree Tops Court, Leeds, LS8 2AH. What we collect

When you ask for a free sample week, we collect:

• your business name, the kind of business, and your town or postcode
• your Instagram or Facebook handle, if you give it
• the package you're interested in, and anything you add in the optional notes
• your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number
• whether you'd like occasional tips and offers by email

To protect the form from spam we also use your IP address and a security check run by Cloudflare (Turnstile), which looks at technical signals from your browser to tell real visitors from spam. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs of requests (such as IP address, page and time). We don't put the contents of your request in those logs.

How we use it

• To prepare your sample week, send it to you and talk to you about it. We do this because you asked us to, as a step before any contract.
• To keep the form secure and stop spam and abuse. This is in our legitimate interests.
• To send occasional tips and offers by email, only if you ticked the box. You can withdraw this consent at any time by replying to any email or contacting us, and it doesn't affect your sample.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising or profiling.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who handle information on our behalf:

• Render, which hosts this website (servers in the EU)
• Cloudflare, which runs our domain name, the spam check on the form, the delivery of your request to our inbox and the forwarding of emails sent to hello@busierco.com
• Google (Gmail), which provides the inbox where we receive, keep and answer your request and your emails

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where they do, they rely on recognised legal safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

If you don't go on to become a customer, we keep your request and our emails about it for 12 months after we were last in touch, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will. If you become a customer, we'll explain how long we keep your information when we agree the work. We keep your marketing choice until you change it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask us to move it. Contact us using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
