1. Tell us about your business
A few quick questions: your business, your area, your social handle (optional) and the package you're interested in.
2. Get a free sample week
We prepare a proposed week of posts and captions for your business and email it to you to review. No card, and nothing is published.
3. Choose a package
If you like it, choose Starter, Growth or Busier. We set up your brand and tone with you.
4. Send photos if you want to
Photos are optional. Send the specials board or a finished job and we'll use it. On-site photography isn't included.
5. We plan and create your posts
A monthly content outline, then a weekly batch of posts and captions formatted for Instagram and Facebook.
6. You approve each week's batch
Approve it, or send one consolidated set of changes and we'll update the batch. Nothing publishes without your approval.
7. We schedule and publish what you approved
Approved posts go out on schedule. Late approval can delay publishing.
8. A monthly performance summary
What went out and what we can measure, explained simply. We don't promise followers, enquiries or revenue.
Your accounts stay yours
You keep ownership of your social accounts and we'll never ask for your passwords. To publish for you, you give us access through Meta's own tools, such as adding us to your Facebook Page or Meta Business Suite, and you can remove it at any time.

Questions
Does anything post without my approval?
No. We send you each week's batch to approve. You can ask for one consolidated round of changes first. If approval comes late, publishing can be delayed.
Do I have to send photos?
No. Photos are optional. If you send some, we'll use them. If not, we create posts from what you tell us. On-site photography isn't included.
Which platforms do you post to?
Instagram and Facebook. Each post is formatted to suit both, and counts as one item.
Who owns my accounts?
You do. You keep your accounts and logins. We never ask for your social media passwords.
What's in the free sample week?
A proposed week of posts and captions for your business, matched to the package you're interested in, for you to review. Nothing is published and you don't pay anything.
How much does it cost?

Do you reply to comments or messages?
No. Replying to comments and messages, paid advertising and filmed Reels aren't included.
