Terms of service

Last updated 28 October 2026.

1. Who we are

BusierCo is a trading name of The Agile Warehouse Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10238653). Registered office: 6 Tree Tops Court, Leeds, LS8 2AH. In these terms, “we” and “us” means The Agile Warehouse Ltd, and “you” means the business that uses our service. You can contact us at hello@busierco.com.

Our service is for businesses, not for personal use. By asking for a sample week or signing up to a package, you confirm you are acting for a business and are able to agree to these terms for it.

2. The free sample week

  • The sample week is free. There's no card, no payment and no commitment to sign up.
  • It's a proposed week of posts and captions for you to review. We don't publish anything from it.
  • The sample is ours until you become a customer. Please don't publish or reuse it unless you sign up, after which it becomes part of your content like anything else we make for you.
  • We may decline a request, for example if we can't make suitable content for a business or it falls outside what we do.

3. Packages and what's included

Each package includes the weekly allowance described on our pricing page when you sign up. All packages cover Instagram and Facebook, for one business, one location and one account per included platform.

  • A carousel counts as one feed post and is included within the weekly feed-post total.
  • Allowances are weekly. Unused posts don't carry over to later weeks.
  • Not included unless we agree otherwise in writing: filmed Reels, on-site photography, responding to comments or messages, paid advertising and advertising spend, influencer work, additional locations.

4. How we work together

  • We send you each week's batch of posts to approve before anything is published.
  • Each weekly batch includes one revision round: one consolidated set of changes, sent together. Further rounds or brand-new posts beyond your allowance are by agreement.
  • Nothing publishes without your approval. If approval comes late, publishing can be delayed or that week's posts may be missed.
  • You keep ownership and control of your social media accounts. Give us access through the platform's own tools for adding a team member or partner. Never send us a password.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information about your business, prices, opening times, offers and anything else we post about.
  • Only send us photos, logos and other material you own or have permission to use, and make sure any people shown have agreed to appear.
  • Check each batch before approving it. You're responsible for what is published on your accounts, including any claims about prices, offers or results.
  • If your business is regulated (for example healthcare, legal or financial services), check that posts follow the rules and advertising standards that apply to you before you approve them. We write general information, not professional advice.

6. Price and payment

  • The price is the monthly price shown on our pricing page when you sign up, unless we agree a different price in writing.
  • We invoice monthly in advance. Payment is due by the date shown on the invoice.
  • If a payment is late, we may pause the service until it's paid. We'll tell you before we do.
  • We can change our prices by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. You can end the service before the change takes effect.

7. Ending the service

  • There's no minimum term. Your package runs month to month.
  • Either of us can end it by giving at least 30 days' notice by email. We'll keep delivering your package during the notice period, and you pay for that period.
  • Either of us can end it straight away if the other seriously breaks these terms and doesn't put it right within 14 days of being asked to.
  • When the service ends, you keep everything already published and any content you've paid for. Please remove our access to your accounts.

8. Who owns the content

  • Once you've paid for the month it was made in, you own the posts, captions and graphics we make for you and can keep using them after the service ends.
  • You keep ownership of everything you send us. You give us permission to use it to make and publish your content.
  • We keep ownership of our own templates, methods and know-how. We won't show your content or name as an example of our work without your permission.

9. Results and the platforms

  • We aim to help more potential customers discover your business, but we don't promise specific results such as followers, reach, enquiries or sales.
  • Instagram and Facebook are run by Meta, not us. We aren't responsible for platform outages, changes to how the platforms work, or decisions they make about your accounts or posts.

10. Our liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
  • We aren't liable for loss of profits, sales, business or goodwill, or for any indirect loss.
  • Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event that led to the claim.

11. Personal information

Our privacy notice explains how we use personal information. Where we handle personal information on your behalf as part of making your content, we only use it for that purpose and keep it secure.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects a package you already have, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can end the service before then.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute.
